Do you offer custom-made shielding or equipment?
Yes. We specialize in tailored solutions. Contact our sales team with your requirements.
Where can I find product specifications or datasheets?
You’ll find technical documents under each product page or in your account dashboard.
Are your products in stock?
Most products are made to order. Lead times vary depending on the product type and quantity. Logged-in distributors can view stock availability.
Who can use the webshop?
The webshop is exclusively available to authorized Nuclear Shields distributors. Access is granted upon account verification.
How do I place an order?
Log in with your distributor account to view prices and submit your order online. Orders can only be placed by approved users.
Can I place an order without using the webshop?
Yes. Distributors and other clients may also submit orders by sending a formal Purchase Order (PO) to our sales team via email.
What payment methods are supported in the webshop?
Webshop payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or iDEAL.
Can I pay on invoice?
Yes. If you’re placing an order outside the webshop via PO, standard invoice terms apply as agreed with your account.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. All prices shown in the webshop are EXW (Ex Works) from our factory in the Netherlands, unless otherwise agreed.
What are your delivery times?
Lead times depend on the product. Stock items are typically shipped within approximately 5 working days. Made-to-order products have variable lead times based on specifications and order volume.
Can I track my shipment?
Track & trace is available for most shipments, depending on the chosen shipping method and carrier. You will receive a tracking link by email if applicable. For shipments arranged by the customer or via freight forwarding, tracking may not be available.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before production or shipment. Contact us as soon as possible.
How do I report shipping damage?
Report any transport damage within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos of the packaging and item.
Can I return items?
Returns are only accepted with prior written approval. Custom-made items cannot be returned.
How do I create a distributor account?
A distributor account is only available to official Nuclear Shields distributors. Nuclear Shields will provide these distributors with a username and password to log in to the webshop.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot password?” on the login page. You’ll receive a reset link via email.
Can I view past orders and invoices?
