Mobile shielding screens
mobile barriers with lead shielding and lead glass viewing windows
Mobile shielded barriers provide radiation protection that moves where you need it. Unlike fixed wall shielding, these wheeled barriers can be repositioned between procedures, shared between rooms, or moved aside when not required. Each barrier features a lead shielded panel mounted on a stable rolling frame with locking casters.
Protection for staff during procedures
Position a barrier between the radiation source and operator workstation, or create a shielded zone for staff who need to remain in the room during imaging. The mobility allows you to adapt your shielding setup to different procedures, patient positions, and room configurations without permanent installation.
X-ray and nuclear medicine applications
We offer barriers with different lead thicknesses matched to the radiation type and energy. Lower lead equivalents suit diagnostic X-ray applications, while thicker shielding is available for fluoroscopy, interventional procedures, and nuclear medicine environments including PET facilities where higher energy gamma radiation requires additional attenuation.
Stable and manoeuvrable
The wheeled base provides stability during use and easy repositioning between procedures. Locking casters keep the barrier in place once positioned. Panel heights and widths are sized to provide practical coverage for standing or seated operators.
