The Lead Glass Clip-Lock Syringe Shield – 5 ml is purpose-built for longer 5 ml syringes used in nuclear medicine, radiopharmacy, and PET/SPECT procedures. With internal dimensions of ø15.4×65 mm, this model ensures complete shielding coverage and visual control for extended syringe designs.

Its 7 mm thick lead glass body provides full 360° visibility of the syringe barrel, allowing for precise monitoring of liquid levels and dose accuracy. A 2 mm tungsten insert is placed at the Clip-Lock end to ensure continuous radiation shielding where the glass terminates.

The quick-action Clip-Lock mechanism securely holds the syringe in place without the need for twisting. The anodized blue aluminum outer casing helps with quick identification of syringe volume and is easy to disinfect between procedures.
