The Lead Brick Top End caps wall assemblies at terminations and openings, completing the vertical stack with finished surfaces on both top and end faces. This brick provides the clean termination needed for doorway headers and opening frames.
Finishing the most visible edges
Doorway headers and opening frames are among the most visible parts of any shielded enclosure. The Top End combines two finished surfaces—flat top for ceiling transition, flat end for opening definition—in a single brick. Professional appearance where it matters most.
the Top End is the heaviest of the End series but lighter than Top Standard. It completes the End column stack with Base End and Middle End below, maintaining full 50mm shielding right to the termination point.
Header spans across openings
Doorway headers span the opening between wall sections. Top End bricks on each side of the opening provide the termination points, with header panels or beams spanning between them. The flat top surface supports overhead shielding elements.
