The VSLG2112-Y Lead Glass Vial Shield offers a high-visibility, full-coverage shielding solution for 30R vials (30 ml) in compliance with ISO 8362-1:2018. With internal dimensions of ø33 × 58 mm, this model is designed to fit standard injection vials used in nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceutical handling.
The body is constructed from 12.5 mm thick lead glass, providing 360° clear visibility of the vial contents while delivering robust radiation protection. To ensure full shielding where the glass ends, both the top and bottom are fitted with 4 mm tungsten inserts, eliminating exposure gaps.
The yellow anodized aluminum screw-on lid support hygienic handling, fast identification in color-coded workflows, and long-term durability. The threaded closure allows secure yet accessible vial placement and removal.
