Nuclear Shields is the go-to place for radiation shielding and related products. All design, machining, casting, and assembly takes place in-house at our production facility. Our lead foundry can pour up to 12 tonnes in a single operation, giving us the capability to produce shielding of virtually any size. This vertical integration means faster lead times, consistent quality control, and competitive pricing.
Our product range spans the full spectrum of radiation protection needs. For nuclear medicine departments, we manufacture tungsten syringe shields and tungsten vial shields with lead glass, L-Block shields for dose preparation, and shielded workstations for safe handling of radiopharmaceuticals. Mobile barriers provide flexible protection in PET and X-ray environments.
For storage and logistics, we produce lead lined containers, shielded casks for drum storage, radioisotope storage safes, and transport containers certified for various classifications. Our shielded waste bins and sharps containers ensure safe disposal of radioactive waste.
