Pinhole Collimators

Tungsten or lead collimators with a single hole to magnify the image. These cone shaped collimators have a single hole with interchangeable inserts to change the aperture. Pinhole collimators are mainly used for imaging of the thyroid or joints. Most pinhole collimator designs are for low energy isotopes.
